Physical Therapist Role

Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough physical therapy evaluations to assess patients' symptoms and functional limitations.
- Develop personalized treatment plans to address patients' needs and goals.
- Utilize a range of physical therapy techniques, including thermotherapy, electrotherapy, hydrotherapy, exercise, and soft tissue mobilization.
- Document patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Supervise and direct physical therapy assistants to ensure patients receive optimal care.
- Graduation from an accredited school of physical therapy.
- Licensure or eligibility for licensure in the State of Ohio.
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients and colleagues.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
