Job Description for Agricultural Lending Specialist:

We are in search of a skilled Agricultural Lending Specialist to take charge of an established loan portfolio and drive its growth. The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic professional who excels in networking, prospecting, and conducting customer outreach. Community engagement is highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and expand an existing loan portfolio
  • Engage in proactive outreach, prospecting, and customer interactions
  • Collaborate closely with loan documentation, credit assessment, and new account processes
  • Work alongside a dedicated team to strengthen the organization's footprint in Eastern and Central Nebraska

Qualifications for Agricultural Lending Specialist:

  • Proven experience in agricultural lending
  • Strong financial background
  • Demonstrated capability in managing loan documentation, credit evaluation, and new accounts
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and a proactive relationship-building approach
  • Active community involvement is highly desirable
