We are seeking a highly skilled Fraud Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing large-scale fraud management systems and processes, ensuring the appropriate controls, monitoring, and reports are implemented to protect our business and enable growth.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Develop and implement effective fraud prevention and risk management strategies to minimize losses and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business, payments, science, and operational teams, to identify and mitigate fraud risks

• Design and implement data-driven solutions to improve fraud detection and prevention capabilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, risk managers, and compliance officers

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements, providing expert guidance on fraud prevention and risk management best practices

**Requirements**

• 4+ years of experience in compliance program management, legal, governance, audit, risk/loss prevention, or equivalent experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent

• Experience handling confidential information

• Professional auditing qualification, or similar risk or compliance credentials

• Experience with SQL and Excel
