Position Summary
The role of the Reception Concierge Specialist involves providing outstanding service to clients, guests, vendors, and employees as they enter our reception and conference center. This position requires a friendly, energetic, and approachable demeanor at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients and guests warmly, ensuring a smooth check-in process at the reception desk.
- Act as a liaison to understand client culture and facilitate effective communication.
- Oversee the internal visitor greeting process, maintaining awareness of daily meetings and changes.
- Serve as the first point of contact for emergencies, demonstrating alertness and readiness to act.
- Conduct inspections of room appearances and collaborate with building operations to uphold facility standards.
- Ensure conference rooms are prepared with necessary materials, including welcome packages and event handouts.
- Manage reception desk calls, directing inquiries and handling message delivery efficiently.
- Monitor on-floor conference activities, being aware of meeting schedules and attendee needs.
- Communicate requests to internal support departments, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of emergency procedures and execute designated tasks when necessary.
- Support the Hospitality Services Manager in delivering a memorable experience for every guest.
Qualifications
Ideal candidates will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a commitment to providing superior hospitality. Experience in a similar role is preferred.
