We are seeking an experienced Surgical Coding Manager to join our team at Surgical Notes. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing a team of coders, overseeing productivity, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

About the Role:

  • You will have 5 years of surgical coding experience and 3 years of management experience
  • Must have extensive knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication skills

What We Offer:

  • $57,600 - $79,200 per year, based on experience
  • Full-time position with benefits, including health insurance and paid time off
  • Remote work option, with high-speed internet and a dedicated home office space required
