We are seeking a highly skilled HR Generalist II/Recruiter to join our team at Trust Consulting Services. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the daily functions of the HR Department, including talent acquisition, onboarding, and offboarding staff, as well as administering pay, benefits, and leave.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the HR Team to ensure compliance with mandatory and on-mandatory training, continuing education, and work assessments.
- Recruit, interview, and facilitate the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions.
- Work closely with departmental managers to understand the skills and competencies required for openings.
- Develop and post job descriptions on relevant platforms.
- Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative strategies to find quality candidates and prospect for new business.
- Screen resumes and CVs and manage job candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Conduct or acquire background checks and employment eligibility verifications.
- Provide guided communication to candidates throughout their onboarding and background check processes.
- Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, hired and fired employees, and other designations.
- Engage and partner with key HR partners across various departmental functions.
- Handle employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices.
- Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
- Manage and implement improvements in the Human Resources Department's systems and practices in line with the company's mission and strategic direction.
- Identify and implement company policies, procedures, and processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate.

- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
