  • Support Program Development: Assist in planning and executing Kid's Club programs and events.
  • Participate in Meetings: Attend all scheduled employee meetings.

  • Assist with Club Events: Support other projects and events as assigned.
  • Practice Hygiene: Maintain good hygiene practices before and during work hours.

Qualifications:

  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Effective communication skills with members and children.

Education and Experience:

  • High School diploma preferred.
  • Background in Early Childhood Development or related fields is advantageous.
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service and childcare preferred.
  • CPR/First Aid/AED certification is a plus.

Work Schedule:

Schedule may vary based on business needs and availability.

Physical Requirements:

The physical demands for this position include:

  • Regularly lifting/carrying up to 20 lbs.
  • Occasionally lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs.
  • Frequent pushing/pulling of items weighing up to 25 lbs.
  • Engaging in various physical activities such as bending, squatting, and standing for extended periods.
  • Ability to work both indoors and outdoors.
