About the Role:
The Registered Nurse (RN) - Med/Surg unit at Wilson Medical Center is a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our patients. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional nursing care, collaborating with other healthcare professionals, and advocating for our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, and self-care techniques

Requirements:
- Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Current/active North Carolina or compact RN license
- BLS required, or obtained during first week of hire

Salary:
$70,000 - $85,000 per year
