Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year. Wilson Medical Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Med/Surg team as a Patient Care Advocate. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, advocating on their behalf, and collaborating with various departments to ensure comprehensive care.

In this role, you will participate in patient and family teaching, act as a patient advocate, and coordinate with ancillary and non-nursing departments. You will also report directly to the Department Director and work closely with other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

The ideal candidate will possess effective communication and interpersonal skills, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work well under pressure while maintaining customer focus. Additionally, they will hold a current/active North Carolina or compact RN license and BLS certification.
