About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Women's Pavilion Care Coordinator to join our team at Wilson Medical Center. As a member of our Labor and Delivery unit, you will play a critical role in coordinating patient care and ensuring a positive experience for all who interact with our hospital.

In this role, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized plans of care that meet the unique needs of each patient. Your expertise and compassion will be essential in delivering high-quality patient care and promoting excellent patient satisfaction.

We offer a competitive salary of $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate patient care activities, including scheduling procedures, communicating with other healthcare professionals, and managing documentation.
  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care that meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions of care and optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements
  • CURRENT NC RN LICENSE REQUIRED
  • Nursing degree from an accredited program
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
