The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee the daily management of invoices, payment requests, and associated transactions. The successful candidate will address intricate issues related to coding and collaborate with various internal teams to foster relationships, knowledge, and trust.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process invoices generated from job sites using CMiC;
- Review and validate expense reports and other invoices for correctness and payment eligibility;
- Extract accounts payable data from CMiC and prepare comprehensive reports, including pulling information from Dun & Bradstreet;
- Ensure timely payment to vendors, which may involve verifying federal ID numbers, assessing purchase orders, and resolving any discrepancies.

Essential Qualifications:
- Proven experience in accounts payable within a mid to large-sized construction firm;
- Familiarity with the 1099 process;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications;
- Training for CMiC (accounting software) will be provided.
