Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process invoices generated from job sites using CMiC;
- Review and validate expense reports and other invoices for correctness and payment eligibility;
- Extract accounts payable data from CMiC and prepare comprehensive reports, including pulling information from Dun & Bradstreet;
- Ensure timely payment to vendors, which may involve verifying federal ID numbers, assessing purchase orders, and resolving any discrepancies.
Essential Qualifications:
- Proven experience in accounts payable within a mid to large-sized construction firm;
- Familiarity with the 1099 process;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications;
- Training for CMiC (accounting software) will be provided.
