Position Summary:

The Taxation Operations Manager is tasked with supervising the tax division and leading a team of experts to guarantee the prompt and precise submission of tax documents and other financial statements.

This role requires extensive knowledge in diverse tax areas and the capability to address intricate and technical tax challenges.


Core Responsibilities:
  • Evaluating various categories of tax submissions
  • Engaging with clients to resolve their inquiries
  • Managing the preparation of tax filings and the arrangement of financial documentation
  • Assessing financial records and tax regulations to ensure adherence
  • Conducting technical investigations to address complex tax and accounting dilemmas
  • Offering guidance and assistance to team members and staff

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline
  • CPA or EA certification is preferred
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Tax Manager or Tax Supervisor role

Compensation and Benefits:

Competitive Salary: $130,000 - $165,000 (dependent on experience)
