Engineering Design Lead

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overall engineering design efforts for Design-only and EPC projects
- Prepare and manage final engineering man-hour budgets
- Implement Quality Program for engineering designs and manage independent quality/completeness reviews
- Direct and manage field engineering services, ensuring compliance with company and site safety policies
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an ABET-accredited university
- Expert knowledge in degreed engineering discipline and basic knowledge in other engineering disciplines
- Strong facilitation, team building, collaboration, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and writing skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Travel Requirements: Yes, approximately 20% of the time
