About the Role

This Industrial Automation Lead position is perfect for an experienced professional looking to take their career to the next level. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing automated systems for manufacturing processes, improving productivity, and ensuring high-quality products.

You will work closely with our site leaders and stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation, develop ROI, and execute projects. Your expertise in process automation, project management, and technical drawing interpretation will be essential in driving process improvement and meeting operational goals.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering discipline or equivalent experience, with 3-5 years of experience in process automation or related roles. You should have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience with automation technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of engineers to design and implement automated systems for manufacturing processes
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and develop ROI
  • Create detailed project road maps and lead automation projects
  • Research and implement automation technology to improve manufacturing processes
  • Support existing automation technology with component and process upgrades

Estimated Annual Salary: $90,000 - $125,000 per year, depending on location and experience
