As the Regional Operations Manager, you will report directly to the Director of Area Operations and will be accountable for:

  • Overall operational management of 5-7 Wendy's establishments, including staffing, comprehensive P&L oversight, training, and development
  • Formulating and managing budgets
  • Ensuring adherence to food safety protocols and health regulations
  • Conducting interviews, hiring, cross-training, and managing GMs and staff as necessary
  • Visiting locations as required to uphold quality, cleanliness, and operational standards

Qualifications required:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Regional Operations Manager in Fast Food or Quick Casual concepts
  • Prior experience as a District Manager at Wendy's is preferred
  • Demonstrated success in financial management, staffing, customer satisfaction metrics, food safety, and customer service
  • Valid driver's license and access to personal transportation
  • Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
  • Ability to successfully pass a background check
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, along with all necessary legal documentation
  • Strong leadership qualities, effective communication skills, conflict resolution abilities, and decision-making expertise
  • Customer service-oriented with a results-driven approach
  • Previous experience with Wendy's is an advantage
