We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Duty Free Sales Associate to join our team at the Newark Liberty International Airport. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers
  • Operate a cash register accurately and efficiently, handling customer transactions and managing cash and credit sales
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of products, including features, benefits, and pricing
  • Assist customers in selecting products, answering questions, and resolving any issues
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management to ensure a visually appealing store display
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the success of the store
Requirements
  • Previous sales experience, preferably in a retail or customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse personalities
  • Ability to lift 20 pounds and stand for long periods
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or prior sales experience preferred
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
