Lead Sales Manager

Rumble Boxing is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our studio to success. This is a full-time position that requires a flexible schedule with nights and weekend availability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Manage staff schedules and supervise Sales Representatives
  • Assist instructors and maintain a clean and organized studio environment
  • Enforce studio policies and procedures
  • Participate in networking and community events to promote the studio
  • Strategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of sales or relevant experience
  • Confident in generating personal sales and supervising Sales Reps
  • Ability to manage multiple revenue streams
  • Previous management or supervisory experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes
  • College Degree Preferred
