Sales Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our studio to success in Montclair, NJ.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Manage and motivate sales team to achieve sales targets
- Collaborate with instructors and staff to provide exceptional customer service
- Implement effective sales processes to schedule prospects into introductory classes
- Manage staff schedule and supervise sales representatives
- Enforce studio policies and procedures
- Strategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studio
Requirements:
- 2+ years of sales or relevant experience preferred
- Confident in generating personal sales and supervising sales reps
- Ability to manage and drive multiple revenue streams
- Previous management or supervisory experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Results-oriented and competitive spirit
- Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment
- An affinity and passion for fitness
- College degree preferred
