Job Summary:

Sealed Air Corporation is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our manufacturing operations function, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient production of high-quality products while meeting budgeted production costs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up and operate manufacturing equipment, including conventional and CNC machines, to produce high-quality products.
  • Monitor and control production processes to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production-related issues and improve processes.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills of production team members.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as manufacturing, engineering, or supply chain management.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or operations role.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and supply chain management.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
