About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble and test mechanical and optical components using precision tools and equipment.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and assembly drawings to ensure accurate and efficient production.
  • Troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical and optical systems.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to meet production deadlines and quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain a high level of technical expertise in mechanical and optical manufacturing processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve production efficiency and quality.

Requirements:

  • 7-10 years of experience in mechanical and/or machinist-related fields.
  • Strong mechanical and optical aptitude, with a focus on precision assembly and testing.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
