About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Manufacturing Tech IV to join our team at Arka Service. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assembling and testing complex mechanical and optical components.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble and test mechanical and optical components using precision tools and equipment.
- Read and interpret blueprints and assembly drawings to ensure accurate and efficient production.
- Troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical and optical systems.
- Work independently and as part of a team to meet production deadlines and quality standards.
- Develop and maintain a high level of technical expertise in mechanical and optical manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve production efficiency and quality.
Requirements:
- 7-10 years of experience in mechanical and/or machinist-related fields.
- Strong mechanical and optical aptitude, with a focus on precision assembly and testing.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
