Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Outpatient Licensed Counselor to join our team at Rainier Springs, a respected entity within Lifepoint Behavioral Health. This role offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus and requires a completed Master's degree along with a valid therapy license in the state of Washington.

Role Responsibilities:

- Deliver psychotherapy and counseling services, including group, individual, and family therapy for patients dealing with psychiatric and substance abuse challenges.
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to create tailored care plans for each patient.

Documentation and Compliance:
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions and treatment plans.

Compensation:

Qualifications:
- A Master's degree in social work, counseling, or a related field is required.
- Valid state licensure as per state regulations.
- CPR and CPI certification to be obtained within 30 days of employment.

Experience:
- Previous experience working with patients facing psychiatric and chemical dependency issues is preferred.
