Mental Health Therapist III

Sea Mar Community Health Centers is seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Therapist III to join our Behavioral Health Program in Vancouver, WA. As a key member of our team, you will provide comprehensive mental health services to adults, including assessments, referrals, case management, and individual counseling. Your expertise will be instrumental in supporting our patients' emotional well-being and helping them achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments to identify patients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Provide individual counseling, crisis intervention, and case management services to patients and their families.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordinate services.
- Develop and maintain accurate records of patient interactions, progress, and outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and services.
- Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field.
- Active Washington State Agency Affiliated Counselor License or mental health Associate License.
- Four or more years of experience in mental health services, preferably in a community health setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
