Position Overview

This role involves providing exceptional service to guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere from their arrival until their departure.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Greet guests promptly with a warm welcome.
  2. Utilize provided tools to maintain organization, familiarize yourself with the menu and daily specials, and communicate effectively with management.
  3. Assist in maintaining cleanliness by busing tables and organizing areas around the checkout counters.
  4. Process all transactions ethically, adhering to company policies regarding cash, meal plans, and orders.
  5. Ensure accurate cash handling, including making change and reconciling the cash drawer after each shift.
  6. Adhere to safety and sanitation protocols established by the company.
  7. Follow the cleaning schedule as directed, employing a 'clean as you go' approach.
  8. Comply with attendance policies, including punctuality and proper notification for absences.
  9. Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with the uniform dress code.
  10. Strive to meet guest satisfaction standards and hospitality expectations.
  11. Collaborate effectively with team members and provide assistance as needed.

Physical Requirements

The physical demands of this role include:

  • Standing and/or walking for the entirety of the shift.
  • Occasional lifting of items weighing up to 40 lbs.
  • Frequent lifting of items weighing up to 20 lbs.
