We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Concierge to join our team at Phoenix Senior Living. As a Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for our residents, families, and visitors, providing a warm and welcoming experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Experience
    • Oversee the community entry area, extending a warm welcome and greeting to visitors, guests, and residents.
    • Contact the Community Engagement Director and Executive Director or Department Director to meet with prospective residents, families, or visitors, ensuring wait times are minimal.
    • Greet potential candidates interested in learning more about Phoenix careers and job openings at the community.
    • Answer incoming calls and resident calls within two – three (2 – 3) rings with the appropriate community greeting message and identification.
    • Take complete messages with pertinent information (name, number, message, time, date) as appropriate and communicate messages to the intended recipient.
    • Offer and provide a community overview to the caller, determine who to forward the caller to, and notify the caller who they are being transferred to and announce the caller to the community associate.
    • Manage appointments for residents and family members, such as hairdressers, transportation, and other services.
    • Send get well cards to residents in the community (obtain community leaders' signatures before delivering the card).
    • Send sympathy cards to families and/or responsible parties as needed (obtain community leaders' signatures before delivering the card).
  • Requirements
    • Education: High School Diploma/GED required.
    • Proven customer service experience and skills.
    • Knowledge and experience in the Senior Living Industry preferred.
