- Coordinating and managing daily operations to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Implementing lean inventory and manufacturing measures to improve efficiency.
- Ensuring production schedules are adhered to and maintaining on-time delivery at 95% or above.
- Monitoring production processes and identifying bottlenecks to implement solutions.
- Ensuring all assembly processes adhere to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Analyzing production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Liaising between manufacturing and engineering to provide feedback and foster cooperation.
- Ensuring a safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols.
- Ensuring compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and environmental standards.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing or production management, preferably in an assembly environment.
- Proven track record of leading and managing teams to achieve production goals.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Knowledge of quality control principles and practices.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Able to read and interpret engineering and manufacturing drawings.
- Advanced computer skills in MRP/ERP, Microsoft Word, Excel.
