Product Owner

Join Maintec Technologies as a Product Owner and take on the challenge of managing a backlog, supporting delivery teams, and approving changes before they are deployed.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for developing products that support the corporate vision and deliver an outstanding user experience. You will work closely with Product Managers and business stakeholders to identify and prioritize backlog items that deliver the most business value based on known information.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and business stakeholders to create and manage a product backlog, making strategic adjustments as needed based on evolving corporate priorities and the availability of resources and technology.
  • Work with the project managers, development team, scrum master, business analysts, user experience architects, user acceptance testers, and quality assurance teams to ensure successful delivery of quality products.
What You'll Do
  • Participate in scrum meetings, including daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, sprint planning sessions, sprint retrospectives, backlog refinement and grooming sessions, and product demonstrations.
  • Work with Product Managers and business stakeholders to gather required details.
  • Own and maintain the product backlog and be accountable for its contents, prioritization, and acceptance criteria.
  • Create clear, actionable user stories and documentation based on the product roadmap.
  • Understand regulatory, compliance, and other industry requirements and prioritize projects accordingly.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders and training prior to roll out.
  • Participate in the evaluation process and serve as a resource for Production Support.
