**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. As a Software Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining existing automation test frameworks, collecting and reporting quality metrics from test execution, working with developers to design specific testing strategies for features being developed and automating them, creating comprehensive test plans, executing and automating them, and supporting engineering organizations in troubleshooting or addressing issues with applications and dev/test environments.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Maintain existing automation test frameworks to ensure high-quality test execution.
  • Collect and report quality metrics from test execution to identify areas for improvement.
  • Work with developers to design specific testing strategies for features being developed and automate them using Java, JUnit, Selenium/Playwright, TestNG, and other open-source projects.
  • Create comprehensive test plans, execute, and automate them to ensure thorough testing.
  • Support engineering organizations in troubleshooting or addressing issues with applications and dev/test environments.

**Requirements**

  • 1+ years of experience with technologies relevant to SN and coding skills with high-quality results.
  • Experience working within different automated testing frameworks, including Java, JUnit, Selenium/Playwright, TestNG, and other open-source projects.
  • Experience with the agile methodology for software development teams.
  • GenAI testing experience a plus.
  • Ability to understand several testing techniques (e.g., performance, unit, integration, automated), their strengths and weaknesses, and ability to use them to best effect - including tracking and addressing of any discovered issues.
  • Ability to use tools (such as IDE, debugger, build tools, source control, ServiceNow instances, profilers, system administration/Unix tools) to assist with daily tasks.

**What We Offer**

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base pay of $102,000 - $158,000, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation, and benefits. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan, and family leave programs (subject to eligibility requirements).
