About the Role

SCAN Health Plan is seeking a highly skilled Senior Clinical Manager to lead our integrated care delivery model. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for managing programs and clinicians providing primary care to our members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage programs and clinicians to achieve defined clinical care outcomes
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring adherence to ethics and quality standards
  • Select, onboard, train, and develop clinicians within the integrated care delivery model
  • Collaborate with senior management on operational and performance issues
  • Develop and implement APP Best Practice Models
  • Network and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Master's degree from an accredited school of nursing
  • California RN, NP, and Furnishing licensure required
  • Certification in area of specialty required
  • 5+ years of recent NP experience required
  • 3+ years supervisory experience preferred
