Nubble Site Solutions, a leading provider of GPS construction staking solutions, is seeking a highly skilled and versatile Inventory Specialist/Admin Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our internal operations team, you will be responsible for managing our inventory, performing administrative tasks, and providing exceptional support to our maintenance technicians.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain inventory in the stockroom, including shipping, receiving, ordering, and organizing products.
- Utilize Cin7 inventory software to locate, pick, and pack parts for orders.
- Conduct quarterly stock counts and ensure accurate inventory levels.
- Coordinate domestic shipping and receiving with UPS.
- Manage incoming and outgoing repairs via email and spreadsheets.
- Track employee assets and inventory via email and spreadsheets.
- Learn how to bench test GPS and machine control systems.
- Accurately record and categorize expenses, pay bills, and reconcile accounts.
- Send invoices, receive payment, and manage accounts receivable.
- Track company-owned vehicle maintenance, registrations, and insurance cards.
- Perform facilities management tasks, including taking out trash, restocking bathrooms, and salting/shoveling front steps.
- Liaise with maintenance vendors, including HVAC, plumber, electrician, and handyman.
- Ability to accurately track inventory and create reports using Cin7 inventory software.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail is a must.
- Good with numbers is a must.
- Computer skills - Must be familiar with Outlook, Word, Excel, and capable of learning inventory software.
- Ability to lift heavy boxes and use a ladder.
- Must be a self-starter, able to take initiative, and work independently.
- Good problem-solving skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Starting $17 - $20 per hour, depending on relevant experience, skills, and knowledge.
