Job Summary

Printique LLC. is seeking a highly skilled Inventory Supervisor to manage the ordering, inventory control, and warehousing functions that feed raw materials to our production process.

This role is critical to ensuring we have the necessary materials to meet our customers' needs while also responsibly managing our inventory levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Logistics (Warehousing & Distribution): Manage all receiving of materials from vendors, both physically and in the system.
  • Inventory Management: Ensure accurate inventory in the system at all times, and follow FIFO for items in the warehouse.
  • Order Process: Issue all purchase orders to vendors in accordance with our needs and vendor lead times, and follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery.
  • Planning: Build and keep regularly updated the forecast that drives our ordering decisions, and coordinate with colleagues to anticipate increases in requirements.
  • Inventory: Reconcile physical inventory records with system, and keep and track precise records of all incoming and outgoing products.
  • Continuous Improvement: Regularly review our inventory and ordering policies and procedures to improve operations, and implement improvements to drive value.
  • Performance: Record all transactions and purchase costs, and report and close monthly inventory to HQ.
Requirements
  • Similar experience in logistics and warehouse operations.
  • Strong financial acumen and data analysis skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Self-directed with independent judgment, accurate decision-making, and concentration.
  • Proficient with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to thrive in a team environment and work independently.
