Client Services Administrator

Position Overview: The Administrative Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment. This position involves welcoming clients, managing phone communications, handling messages, overseeing email and postal correspondence, and maintaining schedules. We seek an individual who excels in delivering outstanding customer service and administrative assistance. A high level of professionalism, organization, and attention to detail is essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming phone calls.
- Perform light filing duties.
- Assist with various office tasks as needed.
- Collect and organize credit card receipts and expense documentation.
- Address all office-related matters (e.g., maintenance issues, key duplication).
- Distribute incoming mail and faxes.
- Coordinate mailings, including express and certified shipments.
- Support office staff with memos, labels, and spreadsheets.
- Engage in daily interactions with both office and field personnel.
- Order and manage office supply inventory.
- Maintain office equipment and provide assistance to colleagues.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or administrative support.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, capable of multitasking, self-driven, and collaborative.
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
Compensation: The hourly wage for this position is expected to range from $20 to $25, commensurate with experience.
Job Type:
- Full-Time, Monday to Friday, standard business hours.
- On-Site position.
