Position Overview: The Administrative Support Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth office operations by welcoming clients, managing communication, and providing essential administrative assistance. We seek a candidate who excels in delivering outstanding customer service while maintaining a professional demeanor. The ideal candidate is organized, self-driven, and detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and visitors warmly.
  • Handle incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
  • Perform light filing and assist with various office tasks.
  • Collect and organize financial documents, including receipts and expense reports.
  • Address and manage office-related issues efficiently.
  • Distribute incoming mail and faxes promptly.
  • Coordinate mailings, including overnight and certified shipments.
  • Support office staff with administrative tasks such as memos and spreadsheets.
  • Engage daily with both office and field personnel.
  • Order and maintain office supply inventory.
  • Ensure office equipment is functional and assist others in its use.
  • Undertake additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or administrative support.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
  • Self-motivated with strong collaborative skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.

Compensation: The hourly wage for this position is expected to range from $20 to $25, commensurate with experience.

Job Type: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM.
