Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through targeted outreach, including cold calling and lead follow-up.
- Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to closing, ensuring a smooth transition to service teams.
- Leverage Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to track sales activities and outcomes effectively.
- Support marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and recognition in the marketplace.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Proven experience in outside sales, particularly in blue-collar or industrial sectors.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Teams, and Excel.
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass background checks.
