This team is accountable for renowned offerings such as Apple Music, Podcasts, TV+, tvOS, App Store, iCloud, Business & Education, alongside pivotal technologies like Commerce, Search & Recommendations, and beyond.

Additionally, this group manages extensive cloud infrastructure, providing essential support to various teams and services throughout Apple, all while adhering to the company’s rigorous standards for performance and reliability in delivering global services.


We are in search of an exceptional Administrative Services Manager who embodies collaboration, organization, and strategic insight, coupled with a strong enthusiasm for problem-solving and enhancing operational efficiency.

In this capacity, you will oversee a team comprising Admin Leads, Admin Assistants, and Site Admins, operating across our global offices.

Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of functions, including team leadership, resource allocation, executive calendar management, event planning, and the implementation of process enhancements.

This role is dynamic and fast-paced, necessitating the ability to anticipate requirements, engage in critical thinking, and propose solutions to challenges with a high degree of integrity and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading a team of Administrative professionals across various locations, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and supporting employee development.
  • Providing Executive Support, which includes managing calendars, arranging travel, overseeing budgets, and coordinating events.
  • Promoting the adoption and assessing the effectiveness of standardized administrative processes throughout the organization.
  • Overseeing office logistics, including floor plans, supply management, and maintenance requests.
  • Facilitating effective communication within the organization.
  • Building collaborative relationships with fellow Administrative leaders to establish consistent standards and best practices.
  • Fostering strong partnerships with teams in Business Operations, Space Planning, Finance, and Facilities.
Key Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience supporting executive or director-level teams, ideally within a technical environment.
  • 5 years of direct experience in people management.
  • A proactive self-starter with sound judgment for decision-making.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining composure in high-pressure situations.
  • A curious, adaptable, and dedicated problem solver.
  • Proven ability to cultivate collaborative partnerships across various functions and levels, demonstrating strong teamwork.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and timeliness.
  • Strong professionalism; capable of working independently on assignments and handling sensitive information with discretion.
  • Familiarity with iCal, Keynote, Mail, eApproval, Quip, Box, Confluence, and other OSX-based office systems is advantageous.
Education & Experience:

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required. An AA/AS degree is mandatory, while a BA/BS degree is preferred.

Compensation & Benefits:

At Apple, base pay is one component of our comprehensive compensation package, determined within a specified range, allowing for growth as you develop in your role.

The base pay range for this position is between $125,400 and $188,000, influenced by your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Apple employees also have the opportunity to become shareholders through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.

Employees may be eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards and can purchase Apple stock at a discount through the Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
