About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to join our Skip Hop team as VP, Skip Hop. This individual will be responsible for driving the growth and success of the Skip Hop brand, leading product development, strategic planning, and innovation. The successful candidate will have a strong emphasis on quality, design, and functionality, with a proven track record of delivering business results through commercially successful innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with company objectives and market demands
  • Drive innovation through continuous research, consumer insights, and competitive analysis to identify new product opportunities
  • Lead a team in a global, highly matrixed structure where influencing skills are critical
  • Manage a P&L, using strategies in Design, Merchandising, Sales, Marketing and Operations, to maximize sales and optimize inventory
  • Build and ensure consistent brand image through the consumer experience online, in stores and through our wholesale partnerships

Base salary for this position ranges from $250,000 - $350,000 annually based on experience.
