As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring timely and efficient equipment rentals.

Ski Butlers was founded in 2004 with a passion for providing seamless ski vacations to our customers. We pride ourselves on embodying our core values: Service, Simple, Purposeful, Curious, and Give. Our mission is to make every ski vacation unforgettable by delivering exceptional service, fostering a fun work environment, and promoting sustainability.

Responsibilities:
  • Delivery: Complete scheduled and reactive ski/snowboard rental fittings while focusing on our three Key Customer Requirements: On Time, Communication, and Equipment selection.
  • Support: Provide equipment support to guests within 45 minutes.
  • Pickup: Collect scheduled returns, sanitize, re-sticker, and tune equipment for future use.

Secondary Responsibilities:
  • Basic ski/snowboard tuning, waxing, and general equipment maintenance.
  • Making/answering customer calls with a positive tone.
  • Restocking delivery vehicles with extra equipment.
