The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in a similar position and be proficient in alphabetical and numerical systems. They should also be able to stand, bend, and climb ladders for extended periods without difficulty.

We offer a competitive salary of $42,000 - $58,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for growth and development within the company.

Your Key Responsibilities:
• Organize and file documents, applications, and other paperwork in accordance with official procedures
• Create new folders for filing purposes, using alphabetical and numerical systems to categorize documents
• Ensure the secure storage and protection of sensitive documents
• Discard documents when required, adhering to official guidelines and protocols
• Retrieve files as requested by colleagues, maintaining confidentiality throughout the process
