**About the Role**
General Mills is seeking a highly skilled Business Analytics Manager to join our Commercial, Measurement, and Revenue Analytics (CMRA) team.
The Business Analytics Manager will be responsible for providing strategic business analytics that enable business teams to better understand data, extract insights, and identify potential actions to take related to strategic business questions.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Build, scale, and maintain Predictive and Scenario Intelligence capabilities and team to identify strategic growth opportunities.
- Develop and leverage sound models, segmentations, time series forecasts, or analyses to produce impactful business capabilities and insights.
- Effectively translate and communicate actionable insights and capabilities to all levels of the organization that drive business decisions and strategies.
**Requirements**
- Master's degree in Data Science or similar analytics discipline.
- 5+ years in data science or marketing analytics roles, building or leveraging advanced analytics, statistical, and machine learning methods.
- 3+ years leading cross-functional project teams and capable of working with highly technical teams.
- Demonstrated experience translating complex analytics and results back to the business in a simple manner.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Econometrics and global business strategy and financial experience.
- Experience working on a global team with remote team members.
- Working in Agile Project Management.

The salary range for this position is $124,000 - $207,100 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
