A Senior Advisory Specialist is recognized as a leading individual contributor, influencer, and thought leader within the organization, tasked with recommending strategies and plans that significantly affect business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently manages the most significant or intricate accounts, coordinating the entire team to devise procedures and market strategies in collaboration with senior leadership.
- Maintains a thorough understanding of clients' strategic priorities, risk management strategies, and needs, providing tailored advice to effectively serve clients.
- Employs expert risk knowledge and a comprehensive understanding of the industry and insurance marketplace to assess clients' exposures and loss history, developing solutions for complex client needs, including recommending additional products and services.
- Supervises the creation, presentation, and implementation of renewal and placement strategies developed by junior colleagues, in conjunction with Placement, Advisory Leaders, and Client Executives across various sectors.
- Leads presentations to potential clients, identifies the necessity for new products, and formulates innovative solutions for clients and their teams.
- Oversees the production of all client deliverables by junior colleagues, ensuring quality across all areas of client outputs.
- Engages in independent, senior-level client interactions, demonstrating expertise in problem-solving, coverage areas, and client relationships.
- Acts as a thought leader both within and outside the organization, maintaining expertise regarding evolving risk and insurance market conditions.

Work Environment:

Compensation:
The applicable base salary range for this position is competitive and will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education. In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
