Sales Quote System Analyst

Crown Equipment Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Sales Quote System Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our global cross-functional team, you will be responsible for configuring and implementing changes in the sales quoting software system, leading global pricing updates, and integrating configurator coaching hints into our Company Enterprise Resource Planning (SAP) software.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and implement changes in the sales quoting software system to ensure global consistency and accuracy.
  • Lead global pricing updates and configurator coaching hint integration in the SAP software to support the sales team and increase global sales revenue.
  • Collaborate with global cross-functional teams, including Pricing Analytics, Marketing, Branch Operations, Sales, and Global Business Systems (GBS), to ensure seamless integration and communication.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts on SAP to better support the sales team and increase global sales revenue.
Requirements:
  • Less than 2 years related experience.
  • Associate degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or Engineering.
  • Non-degree considered if 6+ years of related experience along with a high school diploma or GED.
  • Frequent travel (6-20%) and frequent overnight stays (6-20%).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Flexibility in work schedule hours to support global stakeholders.
  • Extreme attention to detail.
  • Experience in Python, Microsoft Word tags, Marketing, and a broad level of Material Handling product knowledge.
  • SAP quote functionality, including Product Configuration, Configuration Options, Guided Selling, CRM Integration, and Proposal Automation.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with experience interacting with audiences of all technical and management levels.
