Project Manager - Implementation Specialist

At Crown Equipment Corporation, we are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager - Implementation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for developing and communicating implementation estimates, managing installation teams, and developing and maintaining policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and communicate implementation estimates to the Crown sales network
• Manage installation teams from order acceptance through project completion
• Develop and maintain policies and procedures to ensure the success of installing the Crown InfoLink system
• Conduct site visits to understand the scope of the installation, communicate issues and opportunities with the dealer or customer, and perform quality assurance reviews

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business and Project Management
• 5-7 years of related experience
