Job Overview

Our organization is experiencing significant growth, and we are seeking a dedicated financial services representative to join our team at the entry-level. Compensation:

$115,917 annually

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage directly with clients to develop comprehensive financial profiles, enabling you to offer informed financial guidance tailored to each individual's unique financial situation, income, and objectives.
  • Be an adaptable and organized team player, eager to pursue professional development and educational opportunities.
  • Assist clients in progressing towards their financial objectives through strategic recommendations regarding products, plans, and investments.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with new clients, serving as their trusted financial advisor.
  • Take into account clients' life stages, professional situations, and evolving financial needs when crafting personalized financial strategies.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of clients' needs and financial concerns.
  • Educate clients on proactive financial planning to prepare for unforeseen life events or circumstances.
  • Promote customized strategies for clients to achieve their long-term financial objectives.
  • Foster relationships with a focus on helping every family member or individual attain financial security.
  • Build a robust insurance and financial practice by developing professional networks and prospecting for new clients.
  • Provide empathy and guidance to clients during challenging life circumstances.
  • Maintain a clear focus on cultivating and sustaining long-term relationships with clients, ensuring trust and continuity over time.
Qualifications:
  • Solid understanding of financial products, the financial sector, and roles such as personal financial advisor or financial planner is essential.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, CRM systems, financial planning software, Google Suite, and other relevant business or financial management tools is preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and mathematical skills, along with a proven ability to build strong relationships with both existing and potential clients.
  • Current FINRA Series 7 & 63/66 certifications are advantageous.
  • A Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related analytical field is required.
  • Sales experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset is desirable.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A genuine desire to assist families and businesses in addressing their financial needs.
