Job Summary

The Major Market Sales Executive, Field is a key member of our sales team, responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the mid-market space. This role requires a strong consultative approach, with a focus on understanding the unique needs of our clients and delivering tailored solutions to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the mid-market space, leveraging a combination of prospecting, referrals, and networking.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business challenges and delivering solutions that meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Client Services and Implementation, to ensure seamless client onboarding and support.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, with a focus on driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the mid-market space.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, using this knowledge to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • 3-6 years' experience in consultative, B2B sales, with a proven track record of success in the mid-market space.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communications, and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong mathematical aptitude and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business challenges and deliver tailored solutions.
  • 4-year business degree, with a focus on sales, marketing, or a related field.
