Position Overview We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to ensure the efficient operation of our manufacturing equipment. The ideal candidate will be tasked with both corrective and preventative maintenance duties. This full-time role offers competitive pay and benefits. Responsibilities include:
  • Performing regular inspections of machinery to identify and address potential issues
  • Executing repairs and replacements of faulty components to minimize downtime

Qualifications:
  • Preferred 2 years of experience in a maintenance role within a manufacturing setting
  • Strong understanding of maintenance techniques, hydraulics, and pneumatics
  • Ability to interpret technical manuals and schematics
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong communication skills and teamwork capability
  • Capacity to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus
