About the Role

ConvenientMD is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Advanced Primary Care Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top primary care providers and clinical staff for our Primary Care vertical.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top primary care providers and clinical staff.
  • Identify and engage with potential candidates through proactive outreach and relationship-building.
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews, both in-person and virtual, with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Partner with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand their staffing needs and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, residency programs, and professional organizations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and generate regular reports on recruitment metrics and performance.
  • Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and positive experience.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of healthcare recruitment experience, with a focus on primary care.
  • Proven track record of successfully recruiting and hiring primary care physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants.
  • Exceptional hiring partner with the ability to quickly build and maintain hiring manager and stakeholder relationships.
  • Effective communicator and cross-collaborator with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Innovative problem-solver with a proactive approach to recruitment.
  • Strong analytical and strategic operator with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Familiarity with value-based care models and the primary care space.
  • Technically savvy with experience in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies/sourcing platforms.
