The Client Relations Coordinator is tasked with managing a designated portfolio of clients at Galt Foundation, ensuring alignment with our organizational mission. As the Employer of Record (EOR), it is essential that the Coordinator fosters exceptional experiences in every interaction with both associates and client organizations. Your role will involve advocating for our associates and addressing their needs and concerns effectively.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee the recruitment and fulfillment process, including order receipt, position filling, and ensuring assignments are completed by Galt associates.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop precise job descriptions and hiring criteria.
  • Conduct weekly reviews of inactive client databases to ensure minimum contact requirements are met.
  • Utilize the existing candidate pool to recruit qualified Galt associates for open positions.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with community partners to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Review resumes and assess candidates for alignment with job requirements.
  • Conduct interviews, onboarding, and orientation for Galt associates, ensuring alignment with our mission.
  • Perform background checks, reference checks, and other necessary screenings.
  • Serve as the primary contact for Galt associates and clients, addressing issues as they arise.
  • Escalate unresolved conflicts to appropriate channels for further resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records for Galt associates in compliance with company policies.
  • Adhere to all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Participate in job fairs, recruiting events, and community outreach presentations.
  • Contribute ideas in team and departmental meetings that align with Galt's mission.
  • Carry out additional duties as assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Education: High School Diploma.
  • Experience: 1-3 years in disability advocacy, account management, workforce development, or recruitment.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation for community events.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS365.
  • Basic knowledge of human resources practices.
  • Experience with Bullhorn software is a plus.
  • Behavioral Skills:
  • Strong alignment with Galt Foundation's mission and values.
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly within the disability community.
  • Strong organizational abilities and prioritization skills in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

  • Ability to analyze data effectively to provide insights and solutions.

REQUIRED CAPABILITIES:

  • Ability to operate standard office equipment and perform tasks on a computer for extended periods.
  • Willingness to travel and engage at job fairs and community events.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

This position is primarily office-based, with the flexibility to work remotely and attend public events as needed. Standard office equipment will be utilized.
