The Client Relations Coordinator plays a pivotal role in managing a designated portfolio of clients at Galt Foundation. Reporting directly to the Branch Manager, this position is essential in ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and support throughout their engagement with us. As the Employer of Record (EOR), the Coordinator is committed to fostering a positive experience for both associates and clients alike.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee the recruitment and fulfillment process, including order management and assignment completion for Galt associates.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop comprehensive job descriptions and hiring criteria.
  • Conduct regular reviews of inactive client databases to maintain engagement.
  • Utilize existing candidate pools to fill vacancies with qualified associates.
  • Build and sustain relationships with community partners to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Screen resumes and assess candidates for alignment with job requirements.
  • Facilitate the onboarding and orientation process for new associates, ensuring alignment with Galt's mission.
  • Perform necessary background checks and screenings as required.
  • Serve as the primary contact for associates and clients, addressing concerns and facilitating resolutions.
  • Maintain accurate records for associates and clients, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Participate in job fairs and community outreach events to promote Galt's mission.
  • Contribute ideas and solutions during team and departmental meetings.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: High School Diploma required.
  • Experience: 1-3 years in disability advocacy, account management, workforce development, or recruitment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS365; experience with Bullhorn software is a plus.
  • Behavioral Skills: Strong alignment with Galt Foundation's mission and values; excellent communication skills, particularly within the disability community; strong organizational abilities; results-oriented mindset.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

This position is primarily office-based, with opportunities for remote work and participation in community events as needed. Standard office equipment will be utilized.
