Job Title: Parts Sales Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Parts Sales Specialist to join our team at Bob Boyte Chevrolet. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for overseeing the parts sales process from start to finish, working closely with our parts manager to locate and procure parts, and communicating with customers to ensure their needs are met.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the parts sales process, including receiving and processing customer orders
  • Collaborate with the parts manager to locate and procure parts, including special orders
  • Communicate with customers to provide updates on parts status and resolve any issues
  • Work closely with staff to ensure seamless communication and coordination
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures
  • Understand and comply with federal, state, and local regulations applicable to the industry

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in auto parts sales (preferred)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented and professional appearance
