Key Responsibilities
- Manage, plan, and direct large-scale and intricate projects related to transit and transportation planning.
- Provide subject matter expertise and leadership.
- Collaborate with the Transit Business Line leadership and local planning staff on growth strategy development and program management.
- Lead the proposal development process, including team formation and technical presentations.
- Cultivate relationships with external and internal clients, including potential consultant team members and industry associations.
- Uphold AECOM's commitment to quality and client satisfaction.
- Identify upcoming transit opportunities in the market.
- Enhance deliverable quality and innovate client solutions.
- Mentor staff and support their professional development.
- Attend industry conferences to strengthen client relationships and gain insights into emerging technologies.
