About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Insights Manager to join our team at Biogen. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for driving business performance through data-driven insights and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to inform digital marketing decisions
  • Analyze digital data to assess promotional effectiveness and support optimization efforts
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven insights and analysis
  • Manage digital analytics, insight generation, and media strategy across all digital channels
  • Support the definition and reporting against KPIs for marketing campaigns

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred
  • Minimum 7 years of experience working in a digital marketing analytics role with expertise in Adobe Analytics and ad serving platforms
  • Depth of experience with digital media analytics, website analytics, and digital media strategy required
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skill set, including knowledge of advanced statistical modeling approaches
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects
